The classic tequila shot, everyone knows it. Salt, tequila and lemon and a headache the next morning. When going out to dinner last week, for my BA graduation, I did not expect to do shots with my parents and 'opa'. However, they were not the usual late night shots, but a more haute cuisine one.

What we got was a salted dark chocolate piece, a pipette filled with tequila and a lemon bonbon. Following the traditional order, we first ate the salted chocolate, thenshot the tequila and finished with the alternative lemon. It was an interesting experience, but when out with friends, I would stick with the classic trio!
